New projects

Uppsala STS/Department of Economic history has received a PhD position in relation to Uppsala Antibiotic Centre (UAC), established in 2015. The specific project will start in autumn 2017 and concern contextual changes affecting university/institute antibacterial research 1980-2010. Project leader: Alexandra Waluszewski.

The National STS meeting will be arranged by Uppsala STS May 31st – June 1st , 2018, in cooperation with Department of History of Science and Ideas. The National STS meeting is an annual conference with a focus on the general development of the field; with a special focus on projects managed by young researchers and on common theoretical and methodological considerations.
